I use my coconut oil for frying eggs and cooking rice. Yummy!
it makes a STELLAR chocolate chip cookie! also it gives really good loft to brownies and other sweet baked goods. I’d use it in everything, but one of my kids really dislikes the coconut taste so i just mostly use it in sweet baked goods.
