I thought the $25 had to be after coupons. Is that not true?

On their website, this book is $15 with free shipping for my area, and it may be for others also. Check their site for details.
We live in the DC area, and the entertainment book is $30.
Do you know if they changed the system to be after coupons now? I did the entertainment book deal this morning and then tried to roll the $5 into a deal tonight that was $29 before coupons…but no rewards printed.
