Regarding the ecpns from Pamp;G – You mention quot;if it does not scan the right price – you get it for free! Well I tried to use the $1.50 Pamp;G ecpn today (along with a $.50c cpn that doubles) to get $.250 Crest for FREE but the ecpn did not scan. Took the Crest back. How could I have gotten this for free? Already emailed Pamp;G customer service to let them know that the ecpn did not scan on my card……please help!!

Right Price Guarantee is a Kroger policy. If an item doesn’t ring up the right price that is advertised or on the shelf, then you get if for Free. BR/BR/The ecoupon issue should definitely be directed towards the company. I’m sorry that your ecoupon didn’t scan. Let us know how it turns out!

Got it – the Crest rang up at right price- the pamp;g cpn was the one that didn#39;t ring up at all:( BR/I#39;m looking forward to response from Pamp;G and if they reimburse my card with the $1.50 ecpn amount. Shortcuts always credit my card within minutes in cases where ecpns don#39;t scan. They are awesome! thanks for your advise! Love your blog:) Soooo helpful! Need to learn more about blogging:)

Anonymous–BR/I had trouble with a coupon not doubling for me the other night too. I asked about it yesterday when I was there and had my receipt. It only doubles if you have already scanned your Kroger Plus Card. I scanned mine at the very end, after I had handed over my coupon. They gave me the 0.35 I was due for the coupon not doubling. Check your receipt and see if your coupon is listed before your Kroger card. I bet that’s what happened.

My dial coupon didn’t double either. I scanned my Kroger card early on so that wasn’t the issue. When the coupon starts with a 9 it doesn’t double I guess as listed by the previous post from Anonymous.

my dial cpn did not double either – went back, showed the teller and got .35 out of his cash register…….first time I’ve run into the cpns not doubling.

I’m confused about using two manufacture coupons. For example, Colgate Toothpaste 6.4oz $1.50 ea (not premium types)
-$1/1 or -.75/1 from the 1/4 S
-$1/1 any Colgate 3oz or larger Cellfire e coupon
=FREE + overage after both coupons!
I’m reading that as using an ecoupon and a manufacturer coupon. Are you loading one onto your kroger card and handing the teller another? If so, then why can’t I just use two manufacturer coupons (handing them over) for one item? Just trying to figure this out, so I can do this too. Thanks

Hi Kristi,

This is a post from last year (2009). Since then, the ecoupon companies have released information that we are not to combine e coupons with manufacturer coupons. So really it is not good to try to combine the coupons. Sorry for the confusion!
