in lansing, michigan the 2/8 circular had a $3/2 coupon for herbal essences shampoo or conditioner and they are 2 for 3 this week so you can get two bottles for FREE!

I didn’t get a coupon for Finnesse or Nivea Lip Care in the SS insert from Charlotte. Are they supposed to be in all SS inserts or do they vary by region?
