Yes I absolutely believe it is worth reporting!! Companies will bend over backwards for you most of the time if you report them to the BBB. Report Report Report is my advice. I did last night.

i used the coupon for one dollar off vitiam water10 at target and it went through but, used the same coupon at walmart and they would not accept it and pulled out a list of fraudulent coupons and it was on there. anybody eles have the same problem?

Hey Thrify Mama… I love your blog and all the usefule advise and links that you have. I was logged into your chat room last nite waiting for the old navy coupons to go live and even though I was’t able to catch the parrot or get the polo shirt images (since I logged in from TX), I thoroughly enjoyed myself just being a part of the group… Cheers to the couponers and please keep up the good work. BTW – They previously sent me 3 emails, leaving me to believe that the order was in process:
5/16 – confirming the actual order.
5/19 – Welcomed me as a new member, informed me to soon expect my member guide and 1st shipment of coffee.
5/20 – Welcomed me as a new member again, informed me to soon expect 1st shipment of coffee and my member guide, and also assigned me an account number for online use.

Wow! How ironic that I just rec’d the same email from them 4 hrs ago tonight. This explains why I have still been waiting to receive my (same deal, xcpt w/ 2 coffees) $10 Gevalia coffee offer, ordered on 5/16.

This is exactly what the email stated:

Dear Trina,

Thank you for your interest in Gevalia. Unfortunately your order could not be processed.

The offer you responded to was part of a targeted direct mail campaign which was extended to a select group of customers. This special offer was reprinted on different internet sites without Gevalia’s consent.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

What a bummer! Good deal gone bad. Do you think it’s really worth reporting to the BBB?

I just called my c/c company’s 800# (auto system) to see if the $10 charge was billed, and it is not so far. However, I will be sure to keep a close eye on my c/c statements just in case they accidentally charge me.

i just got an email from genevia coffee and will not be getting the coffee deal(coffee maker , travel mug,crafte with 3 coffees
it was for a select group!!!!!!!!!
