I tried to print the Kashi oatmeal coupon, but I get a message saying I’ve already printed the maximum number allowed. I’ve never printed this coupon before! Bummer!

When printing coupons, why does it sometimes ask me to install the Coupon Printer Installer – even though it is already installed and just printed other coupons? I encounter this problem frequently, even after I have re-installed the printer several times. ???
