Humidifiers are an absolute MUST, in my opinion.  And it is important to get a good quality one.

For those of you wondering about the noise level, I can’t hear a single thing when it is on.  I actually questioned whether or not it was actually working because I couldn’t hear anything.  But I could feel the steam coming out!  It’s amazingly quiet.
