So, for example, even if you use your 50,000 miles to buy a roundtrip flight to London from middle America you will pay approx $370 in additional taxes. $370 is a great deal for a flight to London, but it's not quite free, so just keep that in mind. If you're planning a trip this would be a great option - we're considering it for a big East Europe trip next summer. If anyone has tried this I'd love to hear their experience!
