5 teresa November 30, 2009 at 2:55 pm: It also took me like 2 hrs.. after I entered my cc info and hit place order I got a different kind of error, a timeout I think. I checked my bank account and there’s already a hold for the money so I’m guessing it went through. I haven’t got an email yet and I tried to call to confirm my order but seems like their phones aren’t working. I printed my online bank statement just in case though!
