Hi. Thanks for this offer. I went and signed up and after creating my Collage Mug, I came to find out they are NOT giving you actual credit to purchase the Collage Mug, they only give you $ 9.99 to buy their Plain White 11oz mug, NOT the Collage Mug as they are advertising in the offer. I was so confused as the main page on their site clearly says all over in writing COLLAGE MUG. I chatted online with customer service and they wouldnt explain why their offer is wrong as it’s misleading. So I think Im not passing as I got too many plain mugs already from the prior offer and really wanted a Collage Mug for a final gift. Thank you anyway, and maybe you can check into what they are doing as it really is false advertising.

Here’s an idea for those future mug deals. When photoworks offered the $5 mug, I, too, wanted the collage look. I have 3 kids and the max # of pics was 2. So I used Picasa 3 to create a collage, saved it and then uploaded it as one picture on the mug. It turned out AWESOME. I got the look I wanted without the upcharge. HTH (someone!)
