organic raw blue agave Raw Agave: $6.89 for 44 oz Size Bottle!

I’m not sure what a lot of you use as a sweetener, so you may not understand just how good of a deal this is. To clarify, Toni from TheHappyHousewife says she pays $7 for a 23 oz. size, and that’s usually her buy price. So $6.89 for a 44 oz. bottle is an incredible deal. Here’s how to get it:

Go to Amazon and select Subscribe and Save for the following product:

Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Raw Blue Agave, 44 Ounce Bottle (Pack of 2) Raw Agave: $6.89 for 44 oz Size Bottle!

The final price with Subscribe and Save will be $13.78 for (2) 44 oz. bottles or $6.89 per bottle (Shipping is FREE)!  Subscribe and Save sets you up with an automatic shipment plan, but you can cancel it within your account very easily.   This is one subscribe and save deal I personally will be keeping, since it is such an incredible price.

New to cooking with Agave? Me too!  But I’m learning and will be sharing with all of you.  So far I’m using half or less than half of what is called for in regards to sugar in my recipes.  And for those of you that may be concerned about taste, there is no weird aftertaste (crazy right?)!  I actually have not noticed any difference between this and regular sugar taste, other than the fact that I think this tastes better in my morning coffee.  An added plus is that this is a Low Glycemic sweetener.

Just a quick disclaimer:  Shopping through the link above supports my site, but rest assured that my opinions are always honest and unbiased.  I would still link to this product and recommend it even if I weren’t affiliated with Amazon.

If you sign up for subscribe and save, how often do they ship you something? Thanks

You can select up to six months out Chris. You can also change how often something comes from within your account area too.

That is a KILLER good deal. Wish it was at brick & mortar in my area I have $1 off coupons too!! I’ll have to do a side by side first I got burned with those broths. Turns out the chicken one is cheapest at Costco and the veggie one is cheaper at Azure.

I use agave in making jam, for pancake syrup, in coffee, you name it.

Oh where did you get the $1 coupons?

BTW, wanted to say I’m envious of those of you with an Azure and Costco. The broth deal was still good for me. ;)

Costco also sells this now, and it’s about the same price there.

Right now there are $2.00 coupons (off one product) for any wholesome sweetener product at Mambo Sprouts. I printed last week so I’ve reached my print limit. I know Kroger’s near me have the smaller bottles priced regularly at $3.49 – 2.00 coupon is $1.49 for 11.75 oz. It’s cheaper than the Amazon, but of course, that’s only when you have the coupons. Otherwise this is a very good price. (I also have $1.00 coupons for Wholesome Sweeteners (exp 12-31-10). They were from the Vitamin Angels coupon booklets that I picked up from Whole Foods in the fall.

Question about Amazon – You mentioned that you would keep this on your subscribe & save list – does that mean that you get this low price each time you order? Doesn’t the price change over the next few months?

That’s what I will be watching over the next few months. BTW, that printable coupon is just for sugar, honey or molasses. :)

Thanks. I didn’t catch that. I had found some $2.00/1 ANY coupons that were attached to their packets of sweeteners (like truvia and such). They were peelies for any product, so I peeled & used them on their agave stuff. Really like it.

Oh, I’m going to have to look for those peelies!

that is a good price. I like using it in coffee, baking, instead of sugar in salad vinaigrettes, and the boys like it on their pancakes.

Hey girl! We get ours at Costco for about $7.49 and we get 2 – 23.4 oz bottles, so around the same as Amazon. Great place if you have a Costco around! Thanks for the heads up.

Remember no tax on Amazon Kelly! So it’s probably a $1 or more less. :) Plus it is shipped straight to your door. I don’t have a Costco membership either.

no, im not one of those snoodies that hasn’t to be a downer. but have you read any research on the ‘quality’ of agave nectar? how it’s not really all natural…that is has a higher fructose than highfructose corn syrup, that it claims to be better for diabetics, but thats only because it has a higher level of insulin but can inflame your liver. i know, i know…quanity is everything…just sayin’, it seems to me that honey is one of the only sweeteners that are truly “all natural”
