Almond and other Nut Milks are extremely easy to make, and can actually save you some money. If you will do home-made nut milks instead of cow’s milk and other pre-packaged milks at the store, you can save a lot of money. Here’s how to quickly and easily make Almond or other nut milks:
You will have almond pulp, and almond milk leftover. Add your favorite natural sweetener to the Almond milk or drink straight. Use the leftover nut pulp in cookies, breads and other recipes that call for nuts.
It’s very simple to make, and oh so good for you and your family! This technique will work for cashews and other nuts as well. Earth Fare has a 20% off bulk purchase coupon right now, so you can go there to purchase some nuts in bulk.

Due to new laws and regulations, all nuts sold in stores are now pasteurized. So if almonds in the stores say “raw,” they are not really raw. The only way to get raw almonds in bulk, is to buy them directly from a farmer, which you can find many available online.
3 Places I Recommend to buy Raw Almonds in Bulk:
Check in with your local co-ops as well!
Good luck in your endeavors! And let us know how your nut milk turns out!
