Give your hair a nutritious boost of life.  Drench your mane in this avocado hair mask.

It penetrates deeply to bring back a healthy moisture and shine.  If oil treatments leave your hair heavy and weighed-down, then this could be the perfect dose of moisture without the heaviness.  Avocadoes are absorbed more readily and rinse out more cleanly than olive and almond oils.

Avocados are on sale at many stores this week, too! Great timing! :)

I hope this isn’t a dumb question…Ive never used a hair mask before… Do I put the mixture on damp hair? And, by “spoon”, did she mean Tbsp or tsp??

Brandy, I would put the treatment on my dry hair just so I could make sure that I didn’t miss a spot. But if your hair is really dry or damaged you might put the mask on damp hair because it would help you distribute it throughout without the treatment getting completely “sucked up” on the first strands.

I think the spoon in the recipe is literally a spoon. The proportions are not so exact. Just a little of this and a little of that. I hope that helps.
