		<description>Brandy, I would put the treatment on my dry hair just so I could make sure that I didn&#039;t miss a spot.  But if your hair is really dry or damaged you might put the mask on damp hair because it would help you distribute it throughout without the treatment getting completely &quot;sucked up&quot; on the first strands.

I think the spoon in the recipe is literally a spoon.  The proportions are not so exact.  Just a little of this and a little of that.  I hope that helps.
