I’m going to be participating in Baking Day on Tuesday, which will be hosted by Money Saving Mom and Life As Mom.  We’re going to spend the day on Tuesday cooking and baking in bulk.  You’ll be able to follow all of the buzz on twitter under the hashtag #BakingDay. I’m leaving Wednesday evening to head out to San Francisco, so Tuesday is the perfect time for me to make up some meals for my family to have while I’m gone.

Here’s what is on my to-do list to cook up on Tuesday:

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie (double batch because this is our fav!)

Banana Bread & Muffins (got a good recipe you recommend? – I like trying new ones!)

Spaghetti Brocolli Bake

Beef Goulash – Cooked This Monday night while I made dinner. That’s one thing off my list!

Hot Potato Salad

Super Easy Sweet Potato Casserole

Corn Fritters (maybe)

Hash Brown Casserole (using a crock pot)

Cook Green Beans

Finnish Pancakes (will share recipe later)

Turkey’s in an Oat Coat
