Sephora has a “store” inside JC Penney. They are trying to attract more teen buyers, since they seem to have all of the expendable income!
i went to jcp/sephora store and didn’t get the free trial ,they said it was for (free standing) store only– what ever that means but, did get a free sample of hope in a jar. they will give you a free sample of anything in the store that will fit in their sample jar.
