Seasonal eating is a great way to take advantage of fresh produce at low prices. This Blueberry Beet Juice Recipe is a sweet treat and a refreshing way to fit those precious seasonal fruits and vegetables into your daily diet.
I used my masticating nutrition station for this recipe which does an excellent job with the hard ingredients as well as the soft blueberries. I only strained this juice once and it maintained a thicker than usual consistency because of the blueberries. I rather enjoyed this change as it seemed more filling like a smoothie.
