I always air pop my popcorn in the microwave (regular popcorn). So MUCH better and CHEAPER than the bagged crap.

I Love this idea! I saw this on the Dr. Oz show. My kids love making their own flavored popcorn. We have used the butter PAM spray. This is much Cheaper and healthier!
We even pop the left over kernels so we don’t waste!

You don’t need any oil or anything??? Just popcorn kernels in a bag? I’ve been making it on the stove, but I think I’ll try this!

I have tried this but honestly it’s not as good as stove top popcorn! I got a stainless steele popcorn pot and it is great!

Microwaves still produce food with radiation. We don’t own one. We do own a WhirlyPop (20 bucks at BBB plus the 20 percent off coupon). And it makes fabulous stove top popcorn, kettle corn…whatever we want in about 5 minutes! We like to make ours with half coconut oil and half butter.

Everything now a day’s will kill you. It depends on to what extreme you go to safeguard your family. Whirly Pop is good. You just have to make sure you don’t get stale popcorn. I must try the coconut oil and butter some time

I used a little coconut oil in a pan on the stove, and small handful of popcorn, and a lid allowing a small opening (I use toothpick) ; shake the pan until you hear the popping of corn. Take off the heat when no more popping. Simple. Adding jelly beans is a treat when you pour them all into your bowl.
