Most of us have heard that a glass of wine on occasion is actually good for our health. But I’d like to take that a step further, and recommend that you choose an organic red wine for your health.

The biggest benefit to choosing organic, is that you will not be consuming all the sulfites that are used in processing regular wines. If you’ve ever had a regular red wine, you may have discovered that it gave you a headache. More than likely that is due to the sulfites. Read more info on Organic Red Wine.

To save money, I recommend watching the daily deal sites. They frequently offer vouchers for wine buying clubs and websites. Choose a voucher to a deal site that offers organic wine, and use those vouchers to save money.

It is illegal in my state to buy alcohol online. I wish we could take advantage of those deals, because we live over two hours from any where that would have good deals on wine and such.

Trader Joe’s has a good selection as well. I’m not sure about their prices on wine, though.
