Conference Sponsorship

Sponsoring a blogger who is attending a conference is a great way to market your brand/company, show your support for the blogging community, and to put your name in front of thousands of consumers and influential bloggers. Not only do you get the word out about your company on the blogger’s site, but you are also represented at the conference and usually on Twitter as well. I, Crystal Collins, will be attending the Blissdom Conference and Savvy Blogging Dinner, February 2010, in Nashville, Tennessee. I am also one of five influential bloggers that will be coordinating the Savvy Blogging Dinner.

About Me

I am a Work-at-Home mother of two, and I run my blog so that I am able to stay home with my little ones. My site is all about sharing deals and tips to help my readers live a more natural and thrifty lifestyle. I shop for and eat healthy foods, and I do my best to be more “green” and natural. I do things like cloth-diapering, natural home health remedies, organic gardening, using green cleaners, and so much more! I’m not exclusively organic and natural, but I do the best I can!

My readers respect my honesty and integrity when it comes to deals, companies and ideas to live healthier and help the environment. Benefits to Your Company

I will be offering the following for premium sponsorship:

125×125 graphic ad “above the fold” for two months on www.TheThriftyMama.com
Mention and a “nofollow” link to the landing page of your choice in a minimum of three (3) blog posts.
At least three (3) mentions of your company in either the #blissdom hashtag or #savvyblogging hashtag on twitter.
Mention in a Vlog (video-blog) that will be uploaded to YouTube, and inserted into my site.
Listing on the Blissdom Personal Sponsorship Page.
Optional: Wearing of clothing and/or using a bag with your company’s logo (must be provided by you).
Optional: Giveaway done on my site for your product before, during or after the event (your choice). If you decide you want this option, I must be able to try or have tried the product in question, as I won’t give away something to my readers that I personally do not recommend. This will not be necessary if you offer a gift card as a giveaway.

The optional choices are included in the premium sponsorship package, but only if your companies wants them. I’m also open to hearing ideas that you may have.

Sponsorship Pricing and Details

Premium Sponsorship: $1,100

This covers all of my trip expenses including travel expenses, car rental, hotel accommodations and conference ticket.

I am open to multiple smaller sponsorships, but would prefer to have a single premium sponsor as this will be the most beneficial to a sponsor. I am also open to reducing the sponsorship amount by removing a few of the items that I am offering you for sponsorship. Should you decide to sponsor me, not only will your company receive great publicity from me, but your sponsorship will show your support for the blogger community, and will put your brand in front of some of the most influential bloggers online.
