Ingredients:
Directions:
Peel, core and slice your apples. I use my Back To Basics Peeler, because it makes it so easy!
Wash your cranberries with cool water, then mix together all ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
Cover partially and simmer for 20 minutes or until thickened.
Now you have a delicious and healthy version of a Thanksgiving side that usually just comes from a can.
