Remember this tip for fall!  Upcycle an old sweater and sew up a cuff to use as a mock boot sock.  This gives a wonderful layer of texture without all the bulkiness in the boot itself.

This would be a great use for sweaters that don’t fit any more, have stains, or have a small hole that can’t be repaired.
