Here is my CVS trip that I made this afternoon:

002 300x223 My CVS Trip Today (Start With No ECBs, Earn 22!)

Total Spent: .40 cents   Cash Received Back: $2.13  Money on Gift Card Left: $1.36

Total Saved: $171.99  (Grocery Savings: $53.74)

First off, let me say that I bought an extra item as I thought it was going to produce extra bucks, but it didn’t.  So I returned it on the spot and received a refund.  Here would be the proper way to do my transactions:

Transaction #1

2 Revlon Nail $3.99 ea.
1 Breeze 2 Monitor $14.99
1 Tone Soap $1.88
1 CVS Vitamin C $2.99

Coupons Used:
-$5/25 Printable HERE, HERE and HERE.
-1 ECB I got at the coupon scanner
-$3 CVS vitamin coupon I got at the coupon scanner
-2 $1/1 Revlon Coupons
-$1/1 Tone Coupon
-1 up to $30 off monitor coupon
=Under $1 out of pocket, Earn 12 ECBs.

Transaction # 2:
2 Revlon Nail Color $3.99 ea
1 Colgate Toothbrush $2.99
1 Bayer Monitor $14.99

Coupons Used:
-$5/25
-3 ECBs
-2 $1/1 Revlon Coupons
-$1/1 Colgate Coupon
-up to $14.99 Bayer Coupon
=Spare Change Out of Pocket, Earn 13 ECBs!

Edit: You may want to add one more Revlon nail polish to the second transaction, so that you can use a 6 ECB from the previous transaction (as you won’t have exactly a 3 ECB). This should make the outcome the same.

Total ECBs after both transactions: 22 Extra Bucks, with just spending spare change out of pocket.

Then I blew $6 Extra Bucks on the Toilet Paper.  See the CVS deals HERE for all those coupon matches.

Did you use 5/25 printable from flu survey with a different bar code numbers? In same card? I tried with mine and it doesn’t accept second time. It seems allow one time per card.

yes, they were two different ones I believe. you get different ones from each of the links i provided. Neither one beeped and went through without a problem.

where do I find the monitor coupons? I also tried using two of my 5/25 coupons last week but it did not allow me to. I’ve being trying to make a great purchase like yours but can’t seem to make it happen.

Ask your CVS if they take Rite Aid or Walgreens $/$$ coupons. I know mine does so I can always find one between the 3 of them! Plus I can use a CVS one and then a Walgreens one and not get any sass about using 2 in back to back transactions.

Where is the coupon scanner and how do you know what coupons will be available that way? Also, so do you just take everything up to the counter and ask them to ring up in two separate transactions? Then use the ECB to pay for the second?
