ouch. maybe I’m spoiled because I am in oregon where Tillamook cheese is made, but $4.99 is an average sale price for the cheese. You can get Bandon cheese usually for $4.79 not on sale. (just like tillamook but made by a small company in Bandon OR) About every 3-4 months I can find Tillamook 2lb cheese for $3.99 on sale, usually at Fred Meyers. There was once that I found Tillamook cheese on sale for $3.99 and I had a $1 off coupon. That time was an awesome deal- paying $2.99 for a 2lb block of cheese.
