But, when you hit the submit button you get this moronic line:

Ran a Google search- – - appears they are having technical difficulties.
And, oop’s- someone’s coupon rang up at Target as $1 off, not the freebie that was advertised on the coupon.
Hope this note saves a lot of people a lot of time. Wish I had known myself.
