When you click on the link it is the fifth item down on the left that says “Receive a free gift when you buy Johnson’s Bubble Bath and Wash. The fine print you see there actually says and Johnson’s bath or lotion product. There is no form to fill out, you just send in info based on that fine print. This was in the Parents Magazine.
