cheerios coupon target 300x300 Free Small General Mills Cereals and Artisan Bread at Target

Target has some pretty awesome printables available right now:

$1/1 on any General Mills Cereal

$1/1 Artisan Bread

These cereal coupons do not specify a size, so use the coupon on the small single serve cups that are priced .97 at most stores and get these free.  The bakery department has small Artisan loaves for .99 cents, which would make them FREE with the Artisan Bread coupon.  Print those and more coupons out HERE.

Thanks Lindy!

Will these coupons beep and have to be defended? I have had bad experiences at Target.

I had a bad experience at the Target in Carrollton, GA. They wouldn’t take them at all and they were complete jerks. They did the same thing a while back on the Crest Whitestrip coupons.

yes, the coupons beep and have to be defended. Every time I’ve tried, they’ve had to call a supervisor.

Yes, the cereal one will beep and have to be defended. The bread one went through fine. I did this yesterday and did not have a good experience. The checker told me I was committing coupon fraud and “that’s not what coupons are for” – even after the manager came over and ok’d it. The manager was great but it was a big hassle and I left the store feeling bad.

Hey, just wanted to let everyone know that i had yet another bad experience also in Target earlier this week with these coupons! Every time I use internet coupons, even Target ones, I get grief from the cashier and am treated like i am doing something illegal. And they always beep!!! I am tempted to just stick to coupon shopping at stores like Publix and CVS where I usually do not have a problem.

I have not yet tried to use these for the bread or the cereal cups, but I used them for getting Edy’s ice-cream for 50c last week. My tip (and this sounds terrible) would be that you need to use a little judgement when choosing which checkout isle to use. I’ve found that cashiers who seem friendly and who seem like the sort who would appreciate the same deal are great and there is no trouble. But if you happen to get someone who looks like they’re “too good for coupons” then you’ll probably be looked down on.
