Making pancakes ahead of time, is a great way to save when you are in a rush. And did you know that you can freeze pancakes ahead of time, and have them readily available?

This is a great thing to do not only for time purposes, but if you make homemade whole wheat pancakes then you have healthier breakfasts on hand.

The Happy Housewife has a great post that shows you how to freeze your own, and to even reuse/recycle those old bagel bags. Read how to freeze pancakes here.
