I would love to win anything organizational. Having a hard time getting coupons organized. Living in a 2 bedroom apartment its hard to stock pile much. Had an extra dresser drawer in 2nd room that has hygiene stuff for gifts and donations. Love to have any Keurig accesories or maybe in date coffee.

Shannon Hall April 2, 2010 at 6:19 pm

I am a FB and Twitter fan! Thanks for the giveaway. Wish I felt like doing the yard sales right now. Neck surgery in hear future. It takes me half the day to get moving. Most good stuff is gone by then. Maybe I could try going on Fridays and catch some of the stuff. Also have to watch bringing in more that will just need to go back out. I have enough for a yard sale myself already lol. Love finding treasures in a trove.

Heather @ Frugal Reality April 2, 2010 at 6:28 pm

I would LOVE to find some designer items! i.e. Citizens of Hunamity Jeans (my fav), Kate Spade items, Ralph Lauren for Baby,…

I’d love for you to find American girl dolls and accessories for an awesome price. My girls love them, but we don’t have one. Just some beautiful dolls that aren’t name brand. I’ll second the tortilla press! Also, I’m always on the lookout for: a quality kitchen scale, the “More with Less” Mennonite cookbook (it’s spiral bound), unique/old ceramic planters and beautiful antique plates to hang on the wall. Happy “sale-ing!” (p.s. we don’t drink coffee, so if you pick my name, please re-draw!)

Martha April 3, 2010 at 9:30 pm

I’m looking for an organizer for my magazines…

maria aimen April 3, 2010 at 11:50 pm

i love to find vintage or even newer looking things for the house..for example, i just got 2 candle holders that are about two feet standing for two dollars and great decrative towels for a dollar, and a mirror and fame for about 1.50 each. i love buying things for the house, especially decorative things mostly because they are so expensive in stores!

i would LOVE the coffee maker, i was actually looking at them in walmart today and they are all almost 20 dollars. i used to drink sooo much coffee and gave it up because it was staining my teeth (or so i thought anyways) but i use the whitening strips and now that they are white im going back to the coffee! as long as i have a fool-proof plan right?! haha

and my husband only drinks tea..so the one cup coffee maker would be great for me!

but please please PLEASE let me know if you find any nice decorative things for a house, bathroom, walls..whatever. i live in texas btw! ;)

Viktoria April 4, 2010 at 8:39 am

This is a great idea! I love reading your thrifty blog :)

Anna April 4, 2010 at 8:25 pm

I’m a FB fan….I like anything in excellent condition, practical and useful for the family.

Allison April 4, 2010 at 10:13 pm

Hi Crystal,

Hint – I do love coffee.

What I look for at yard sales: Beanie Babies. Remember how they were supposed to be an “investment’? (Well, not in my world. Stuffed animals are not investments). But when I find them now, brand new at garage sales, for $1 or less, I buy them to use as “real” presents for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes, or for kids my church supports at a group home.

Don’t get me wrong – I buy plenty at yard sales for myself too! Especially office products like file folders, and any Dave Ramsey books.

beth f April 4, 2010 at 10:56 pm

Cool giveaway! I’d challenge you to find some nice bedding – thinking matelasse or nice quilts for cheap at a yard sale. I’d also like to see the American Girl dolls – I’ve only ever found the books at a thrift store.

anything crafty and nearly new condition for cheap that is allways good.

Virginia Gal April 6, 2010 at 10:00 am

My kids love legos and they are expensive, so they would be great gifts for kids that love to build. I am also on the forums as Virginia Gal.
