Right now is the best season to have sweet potatoes. These versatile root vegetables are perfectly timed to restore minerals to your system that you’ll need as you gear up for the spring.
There is a slight starchiness that comes from the sweet potato. It didn’t bother me at all, but it’s good to know what to expect before you gulp it down.
This glass of Ginger Sweet Potato juice is packed with vitamins and minerals. What a vibrant, pick-me-up juice recipe for the afternoon blahs!
