Im not sure about the horizontal navigation bar. I havent tried that one, but on all the blogs Ive edited, Ive never lost the widgets. But Im not saying it wouldnt happen. Anyway.. I can do something simple for you for free. Just LMK what you want/like. If you choose someone else, thats ok too. Just thought I would offer.
