mine printed out with retailer coupon at the top. isn’t that different them a manufacturers coupon?

Mine printed out with retailer coupon too and it says redeem at Publix on the bottom. Can they still be used anywhere or does that change things?
These are just Publix coupons. Sorry guys.

I went to coupons.com and was excited to see many coupons that I could use. However, after I clipped them they did not print. When I went back to the site they showed up as print limit reached. Makes me wonder why it wouldn’t be that way right off the bat. I was glad to score some Ocean Spray coupons though, as we drink it every day.
