I signed up for the lila guide website, like the more details link said, then went to write review and it wouldn’t let me. Go under Review then make a review then type in Target and next it says to search. I don’t understand this. I can see other people’s reviews. Not a very user friendly website.
I had no problems. I already completed my 10. Just wish there were more options for my area.

Also, you can search areas that you used to live or visit and rate places there. I rated a bunch of places in another state that I lived in most of my life. I think I’ll look for places near where we vacation so I can rate those too!
