I used the recipe HERE for the pumpkin bread, and it turned out super scrumptious! My mother loved it so much she requested me to make some for her Bible Study Group. That’s saying something, ’cause my mother is the one that’s the awesome cook!
It was quite yummy! Then I made Pumpkin Pie Popsicles. I used a recipe that Monica on The Homespun Heart first showed me.
1 cup of Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup of maple syrup
2/3 cup of light cream ( I just used milk)
1/2-3/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
Next up I’m going to toast the pumpkin seeds in the oven, but what else can I make with all this puree I have left? I think I am going to try Money Saving Mom’s Pumpkin Rolls! Yum!
