Surviving the Stores figured out a great way to use some coupon overage this week for some Schick Razors.
Here is the scenario:
Buy Schick XT3 razor pack – 6.99 (Earn 4 ECBs this week)
Buy NINE Schick disposable razors (trial size) – $1.29 each ($11.61 total)
($18.60 total before coupons)
Use SIX $3/1 coupons from the 8/16 SS (these coupons are for ANY disposable razor!)
Use ONE $1/1 coupon from the 8/23 SS (they will probably need to adjust it down to 60¢)
Pay $0 out of pocket
Get back $4 in ECBs!!
$4 Money-maker after coupons and ECBs!

They also have the womens Quatro on sale BOGO. If you buy 2 at $9.99 and get 2 free, add in a cheap filler and use a $4 off $20 Autofill coupon and 4 $4 off coupons from last weeks paper, you for the filler and tax only. That’s 4 FREE RAZORS!
I don’t think my CVS ever has nine of *anything* in stock…but I hope this works for someone!
Don’t they adjust the coupon value down? (i.e., the $3 coupon will be changed to $1.29 for the disposables)
I wanted to know if its a SS i can not print it off can I? I just started and Im trying to get into it but everything that is on sale you need coupons from previous weeks
Sorry Lillian, but that SS means the Smartsource insert that came in the paper.
Selene, they only adjust the last coupon down. Not each individual coupon.
I have a different scenario than above, since I have a different number of coupons.
$6.99 – Schick XT3 razor pack
$9.03 – $1.29 x 7 – Schick disposable razors (trial size)
-$12.00 – 4 x $3/1 MQ
-$ 4.00 – 4 x $1/1 MQ

I have 1 coupon per item. So it should work.
I would have never thought of it though if I hadn’t seen this post.
