muir glen reserve kit Muir Glen Reserve Kit Deal is Back!!

UPDATE:  It’s LIVE on their website HERE.  It comes to $8 plus free shipping!  Thanks Crista!

This was a very popular deal last year, and this Muir Glen Organic Reserve Kit ended up being $7 shipped!  Muir Glen’s Facebook page says it is coming back sometime today.  It always sells out quickly, so I wanted to make sure you all had a heads up to look for it today.  Just keep checking back at this link HERE (Facebook).

This makes for a great gift you can have shipped to someone.  Crossing my fingers that it is still as cheap as last year.  Leave a comment and let us know when it goes LIVE.

I got this the first year they offered it for free with free shipping. Every year since then, you have had to pay. I would not pay for this set. While it is a very nicely packaged little set in a cute wooden crate any may seem appropriate for gift giving, it helps to remember that it amounts to a few cans of tomatoes with fancy labels and a little recipe book if I remember correctly. So as long as you have friends that might appreciate the practicality of a gift a of canned tomatoes, you might consider passing on this one. I thought it was so cute and showed it to my sister and she said – you would actually give someone canned tomatoes as a gift? To each his own.

Oh – and definitely don’t buy it for yourself. There are coupons for Muir Glen tomatoes all the time that in my store make the cans free. I didn’t notice any difference in flavor/quality with these special “reserve” tomatoes.

This is 3 cans of tomatoes and one can of sauce???? Not much of a deal as far as I’m concerned!
