The winter months are the perfect time to start planning spring crops.  Many gardeners have started seedlings and are ready to watch the final frost give way to warmer weather.  After working so hard to plant a garden the last thing any gardener wants is to see the fruit of their labor ravaged by pests or disease.  What gardener has not had nightmares about dealing with ants, aphids or the like?
