We’ve made shopping bags, rugs and scarves from old t-shirts.  How about we try our hand at making a t-shirt into a feminine, recycled fashion statement?  I like this ruffled t-shirt for a conservative look and this tank top for some flirty summer flare.  Oh, and let’s just throw in a layered t-skirt while we’re sewing.
