Are you like me and simply adore a cute, comfy slipper for the cold months? Well if you’re frugal like me as well, then you know it’s not always cheap to get that perfect pair of slippers. Most of the time I end up with the imperfect pair from the dollar store.

But if you have any crochet experience (and even if you don’t!), you can probably make a cute pair of Mary Jane slippers for the winter months that are fast approaching. These would even make some fabulous gifts for the holidays, don’t you think?

Find out how you can make your own Mary Jane Slippers here.

my bestie is making crochet mary janes for her girl and my girls right now :) I have not looked these up (the ones you have the link for) but a good idea to make them non slip for little ones is dots of fabric paint all over the souls of the slippers :)

Thank you for sharing this! My husband’s grandmother made many pairs of slippers like this years ago before she died and no one else knew how she did it. Now I can try!
