One ingredient can be transformed into a soft-serve “ice cream” in your food processor.  That’s right.  Frozen banana chunks blended in your food processor can make a quick, delicious, dairy-free treat.  You would never guess this dessert is low fat.

But don’t stop with plain old ice cream.  Why not try all five of these varieties of banana ice cream and let me know your favorite?  The strawberry and dark chocolate combinations have no sweeteners added but you’ll never notice.
