Do you have some old apple crates lying around? Then maybe it’s time to pull out your DIY cap, and make some beautiful furniture. Apple crates can be put together to make great shelves. This would be good for a pantry, books, or just as a display piece.

Using old apple crates can make for some inexpensive storage, and you will be recycling something that might have otherwise been thrown away. Check out this easy tutorial here.
