We’ve mentioned so many household uses for vinegar.  It’s great in the laundry for getting clothes clean and soft.  You can even use it on your hair.

If you’re cutting the chemicals in your home, what better place to start than your children’s toys?  This recipe for homemade toy cleaner is a natural way to eliminate germs without adding toxins.  You could also use this citrus recipe if you want a gentler clean without the tea tree oil.
