Are you part of the member program? It looks like you can earn referral points. If so, I’d become a member prior to buying the groupon if you’d post a referral link!

Actually – not the groupon referral (I’m already a member) but the Nature’s Prime referral: 3. Reward Program: Earn 5 Prime Points for every $100 of purchases (after discounts) made by referred customers. Each Prime Point is equivalent to $1 purchase power toward a product order. Prime Point coupons are distributed at the end of the month and are redeemed online toward purchases.

Disappointed Nature's Prime customer March 31, 2011 at 9:51 am

How quickly did they deliver your food when you ordered?
I’m curious because I placed an order with them a few months ago and have yet to receive a morsel of food. My credit card was charged immediately, of course! Customer Service is totally non-responsive. :-(

That is odd. You definitely should have received it by now. I would call again and if they don’t respond then put a claim in with your credit card company.

I am still awaiting a refund after waiting a long time for nothing. Prime Organics has been horrible. A horrible business. I have been on the phone with them multiple times. Sent multiple emails. Have never been treated so porrly by a company before. Need to take my $175 as a loss I guess.
