NO Spending Spree Meal Plan for Week Two

Last week’s NO Spending Spree went really well as far as meal planning goes, despite the fact that we had an unexpected surprise cost waiting for me in the car.
I plan to stop by the farmer’s market at the end of this week for some fresh produce, and pick up some milk from a local farmer. This will be the only spending allowed this week.
When we first decided to do the NO Spending Spree, I thought it would be very difficult for me not being able to go shopping at thrift stores or yard sales. But I’m finding that as long as I don’t think about it, I’m doing just fine.
Here’s this week’s flexible meal plan:
Spinach topped with Salmon, Almonds and Raisins
Honey and Peanut Butter Flax Sandwiches
Quinoa Salad (variation on this recipe)
Egg Salad Sandwiches (we never got to these last week)
Spicy Alfredo Pasta with Veggies and Chicken Sausage
Scrambled Eggs with Whole Wheat Pancakes
Mexican Stir Fry with Venison, Rice and Vegetables
Spaghetti with Venison Spaghetti Sauce
Organic Animal Crackers
Aloe Vera Lemonade
