I know this may sound dum but how do you use it?
I use it like many people use other oils and butter in cooking. I also use it as a moisturizer for my skin and hair and you can even make homemade deodorant with it.
-It’s wonderful on the skin as a wonderful moisturizer.
-I take it as a health supplement, as it is anti-viral and anti-microbial so it boosts my immune system-(I take a tablespoon per day), as well as it raises the thermogenic temperature of the body turning up your metabolism so it helps you to lose weight!
-We do all of our sauteeing with coconut oil–even in scrambled eggs. It does not change the flavor a bit.
-I use it in raw treats a lot (you can find recipes for these on my blog such as nourishing granola bars and earth balls–all nutrient dense and easy to make!)
-I believe it is something every health-conscious home should not be without!
