Oatmeal is a good breakfast choice for many families. But making oatmeal from scratch each morning can take more time than many of us have to spare.
Avoid the sugary, processed packets and make your own nutritious oatmeal while you sleep. This is not a slow-cooker recipe that turns into inedible paste overnight. This is a soaked oat recipe that gets warmed in the morning and is served much more quickly than cooking from scratch when you get up.
