We are in the process of getting our LO onto a gluten free diet…
We eat mostly gluten free since our daughter is allergic to wheat. Pamela’s is one of my favorite brands for mixes.
I have Celiac. Pamela’s products are great!
While I have tried other Pamela’s products that are good, I did not care for this particular cake mix. It’s gotten decent reviews, but my mom bought this for my birthday cake and she and I both really did not like it. Had a strange metalic kind of after taste. Maybe others will like it though.
