I love making mason jar salads. It makes lunch time so much easier.
Two tips…I use pre-washed lettuce or spinach and don’t rewash it (gasp!). That way it is perfectly dry which is key to not wilting. Also if you are making a vinaigrette dressing, blend it in the food processor. That way it won’t separate during the week.
