When I went to purchase it I was informed that the item had been discontinued and was no longer available for purchase or delivery. I tried it in different browsers, but still the same response.

I placed my order and got my order # and I thought I was good to go. However, this morning I received a call from Office Max stating that my order had been cancelled because this offer was only offered to “Preferred Customers” in an email sent out to them. I had ordered more than one (to get the free shipping) and they also stated that the offer was only limited to one per customer. I’m pretty bummed out and not quite sure how to fight the system.

Wow, that is so sad. I wish these companies would stick by their offers. I see companies canceling deals like this so frequently. Not good for customer relations at all. Sorry that they backed out on the deal. :(
