I would suggest that you hurry on this deal, because they are selling out like crazy! Go HERE and add $25 of Sharpie products to your cart. You are supposed to be able to use code 96140 at checkout and $25 is taken off, but the code is not working for some reason. You can see this advertised on that link I gave you, so this is a legit deal. Place your order and then call Staples at 1-800-891-0195. Tell them the code did not work, and they will take the $25 off. Select site to store for shipping to be free. I just did this and it worked like a charm. If you would prefer, you can just place your order over the phone with a representative.

I called just now (6:30pm pacific time), and waited on hold for about 30 minutes. Then I got a message saying their customer services was closed, and then it cut over to someone in customer service! She said she applied the coupon for me. I hope I get an email confirmation.
I just ordered and my husband did. They still had quite a selection at 11:30 EST. I will make my call in the morning, but printed all the proof

i think i missed it. put stuff in my cart and ad was there, then when I went back it said it was expired and now if you go to their page, it doesn’t show the $25 free any longer. I am on hold with Staples now, which I was before that $25 free disappeared… hope they can help me out.
It’s dead. They have no stock. I added $25 to the cart, looked fine when I checked out. The email confirmation was missing one pack and when I called both packs were missing, just the $2 items were left. She said there is no stock left at all and the promotion is over
So sad. Thought I was okay since it said everything was in stock and let me check out

Just to let you know, this deal is no longer valid. I saw this post at about 11am EST this morning (Monday) and while the link given didn’t work, I did search for Sharpie products and saw “$25 worth of free Sharpie” note, so I scoured the picked-over products, filled my cart, created an account, used the code from above, and it said that it was not a valid offer. Not surprised, I called. After waiting 15 minutes, they told me the offer ended at 10:30 EST this morning, and that they were no longer offering it. I begged, and pleaded, telling them it was valid when I started placing my order, but to no avail.
So… I’m bummed. Not that I NEEDED the Sharpies, but because I wasted a bunch of time. So hopefully this will spare some others the same hassle.

as of noon Eastern time, the Customer Service rep told me that the Sharpie deal was over at 10:30am. Ugh.
I ordered about 9:30 last night and they didn’t honour it, they had taken stuff off my order as well. Apparently there are no Sharpies… I’m with you Justine. It was a lot of effort to find ones in stock, get the $25, setup everything enter billing info, etc and then for them to say they actually don’t have the Sharpies and the deal is over. sigh…

I got a call back saying mine had been placed in time so they would honor it. She said she couldn’t promise that they wouldn’t call to tell me the items weren’t available though, so I will just have to wait and see. If I get it at the store tomorrow I will have paid $.29 for my order total… great stuffer for my teacher boxes this year!
i placed my order mid-afternoon yesterday batteries and sharpies- while the “order $25 of sharpies for free” was still showing on each product page. I printed them.
UPS just delivered my order less than 20 hrs later – so they can’t say they were out of stock
guess if I dont get the credit, I’ll take it back to the store
I am doing in store pick up today, so hopefully I won’t get messed up. They deducted my bank account the $27.48, and are supposed to credit me with $27.19, hopefully they do that, or like AB Smith I will return.
I picked up mine today – instead of giving me the gold and silver Sharpies that I ordered I was given gold and silver pens by Sanford…???? I asked where my Sharpies were and the girl in the store told me this is what you ordered. Im now back at home looking at my order online and it is NOT what I ordered. I’m calling the store to see what is going on………I was searching Staples site to get info on these Sanford pens and nothing came up….
Both the Sanford pens and the Sharpies have the same item #’s. I’m confused….Anyone else get back-up items and not the real deal??????

I received the call today that my items had arrived at the local store, so I guess I made it through the deal. Just curious if any of you who online bank and got the deal have seen a change in your account yet? The debit is still pending in mine. I don’t know how long I should wait before I call. called this morning and was told “so sorry deal ended at 10:30am est 11/30″ -I pushed it to next level and asked for supervisor saying I had the print outs of all the products – so after long wait she came back and said as a one time thing they would credit me the $25
which is exactly how I figured this deal would go down

Picked up my order last night. Checked my bank account when I got home, and was charged full price! Taking it back to the store today and we’ll see if they can fix it, or I’ll return them.
The store cannot add your coupon. Call Staples. Your total will NOT change, they have already charged you. They will issue a REFUND.
